Day #2 - October 8th, 2011

Success! :) an entire day of paleo...

For breakfast, a chicken apple hash w/ cinnamon:

For lunch, sliced turkey breast, steamed broccoli w/ olive oil and a sliced tomato:
And lastly for dinner, Halibut crusted with chopped almonds/mustard, roasted asparagus and fresh berries w/ basalmic vinegar:


The halibut was by far my favorite... but everything else was great too! :)
